Under our warranty policy, we accept returns for products with material or workmanship flaws. In the event that you have a product with a material or workmanship flaw, please visit bbqcovers.com/returns to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" (RA#) Your RA will be generated and emailed back to you. To ensure prompt processing, please include your order number.
Exchanges and Returns
Regular stock items due to size, fit, or style selection problems may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. No exchanges or refunds will be made for custom covers. Regular stock items will not be accepted for refund or exchange after 30 days. All returns will be inspected prior to processing of refunds or exchanges. Product returned for credit must be in its original packaging, and cannot be used, altered or damaged. No exchanges or refunds will be made for custom covers or discontinued items. Shipping costs are not refunded as part of the return policy.
Warranty Information
Products are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of:
- KoverRoos III: 1 year, repair or replace
- WeatherMax: 1 year, repair or replace. Next two years are prorated as follows: 1st 8 months - 75% off list price, 2nd 8 months - 50% off list price, 3rd 8 months - 25% off list price
Warranty is calculated from the date of purchase. The warranty protects your furniture cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts of god, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or improper use such as wind whippage. Damage caused by heavy storms and high winds will not be covered under warranty. Warranty is void if the cover has been modified in any way. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages in excess of the covers' original purchase price.
